Invite your team and accountant
Aikount is built so the founder and their accounting firm work on the same data, with no exporting spreadsheets or emailing invoices around. You invite the people you need and each one signs in with their own account.
Invite your accountant or your team
You can grant access to:
- Your accounting firm or tax adviser, so they can review the books and prepare the tax models for filing.
- People on your team (admin, finance) who issue invoices or upload expenses.
Each person joins with their own email and password, so you don't share credentials. Everyone sees the same accounting in real time: when you upload an expense, your accountant already has it in front of them.
Roles: read-only or edit
When you invite someone, you assign them a role that defines what they can do:
- Read-only — can view the accounting, movements, tax models and reports, but not change them. Useful for an accountant who only supervises, or to give visibility without any risk of changes.
- Edit — can create and modify invoices, expenses, reconciliations and the rest. A fit for whoever runs the day-to-day.
Start with the least permission the person needs for their task. You can always widen it later. The details of each role are in Team and roles.
Aikount is multi-tenant, with isolation between companies: the person you invite sees only your company's data, not that of other clients the same firm might manage in Aikount.
How the invitation works
- You send the invitation to the person's email.
- They accept it and create (or use) their account.
- They land with the role you assigned, and you can change it or revoke access whenever you want.
