Customize the board

The Dashboard is a configurable board: not every business needs to see the same thing. You can choose which widgets appear, remove the ones you don't use, and arrange them however you prefer.

Edit board

To change the Dashboard layout, enter edit mode with "Edit board". In that mode you can:

  • Add widgets — bring in cards you didn't have on view (for example, treasury, upcoming taxes or pending reconciliation).
  • Remove widgets — take out cards you don't care about to keep the board clean.
  • Rearrange widgets — reorganize the cards so what matters most to your business stays at the top.

When you're done, you save and the board keeps the new layout.

What you can place

The available widgets cover Aikount's main areas:

  • The headline KPIs (Sales, Expenses, Result, Margin), all on an accrual basis.
  • The treasury widget with the total and per-account balance.
  • The upcoming taxes widget with AEAT deadlines.
  • The pending reconciliation widget with the movements left to link.

For what each one measures, see KPIs and widgets.

Customizing the board changes what you see and in what order, not the underlying data. The figures are still computed the same way from your real accounting; you only choose how to display them.

Tips

  • Keep the cards you check daily at the top, and move down or remove the ones you use occasionally.
  • If you share Aikount with your accountant, remember the layout helps both of you spot what's relevant quickly.
  • The period selector affects all cards at once, so you don't need duplicate widgets per date range.
