Plans and billing

Aikount is priced by your annual revenue band, not by features. The full product is on every plan: same invoices, same AI expense capture, same reconciliation, same AEAT tax models and same API. Only the price changes with the volume you bill per year.

The idea is simple: if you bill little, you pay little (or nothing); as your business grows, the plan grows with it.

Pricing#

The Free plan is not a limited trial: it's the complete product for anyone starting out. No features are locked away — only the revenue band differs.

Annual billing: 2 months free#

You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing is equivalent to 2 months free versus paying twelve months one by one. It's the same subscription; only the billing frequency changes.

How to pick your plan#

The right plan is the one that matches your annual revenue (sales income, not profit). When your volume crosses into another band, you move up to the plan for that band; the product doesn't change, only the price.

Your subscription billing#

• The subscription is managed from your account settings.
• You can change plan whenever you need; the change applies on the next charge.
• Your subscription receipts are available in your account.

Common questions#

• Are there paid add-on features? No. The product is the same on every plan.
• What if my revenue drops? You can move to the band that fits you.
• Does multi-company count as several subscriptions? If you manage several client companies, the Gestoría plan is the right fit; write to [email protected].
