Aikount vs Holded
Aikount is independent of Holded. You don't need Holded to use Aikount, and if you keep using it, Aikount won't interfere with it. This page explains how they differ so you can choose with a clear head.
The core difference
- Holded is a broad suite of business management (invoicing, accounting, CRM, projects, inventory, HR…), priced per feature or module: you pay more depending on the features you turn on.
- Aikount is an AI agent focused on doing the accounting: it issues invoices, captures expenses by OCR, reconciles the bank and prepares the AEAT tax models. Pricing is by annual revenue band, with no feature gating: every plan includes the full product.

What if I already use Holded?
You can try Aikount alongside it: they're independent, and Aikount doesn't touch or modify your Holded data. For your accountant, Aikount exports the journal to A3 through the SUENLACE.DAT file, so it fits a traditional accounting-firm workflow. See Export to A3.
Aikount prepares the models from your real accounting; filing with the AEAT is done by you or your accountant.
