Why it pays off

The accounting done, your A3 untouched

Aikount handles collecting and classifying. Your firm keeps working right where it always has.

Zero migration

The firm keeps its usual A3. No new software, nothing to relearn: it just imports a file.

No more chasing invoices

No more asking for documents over WhatsApp and email. The client uploads them to Aikount and they arrive tidy and classified.

Arrives balanced

The accounting comes as double-entry journal entries, already balanced. And A3 creates on its own any ledger account that doesn't exist yet.

Fewer errors, faster closes

Less manual typing means fewer errors and less back-and-forth. The quarter closes sooner.

Technical note

Standard accounting-link format

The SUENLACE.DAT file uses A3's standard accounting-link format (256-byte records), the same one firms across Spain accept.

  • Works today with desktop a3ASESOR (a3eco / a3con) via the accounting link file.
  • Double-entry journal entries, already balanced; A3 creates any missing accounts on link.
  • You export by date range: one file per quarter, per month, or whatever period you need.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to switch accounting software?

No. Your firm keeps its usual A3. Aikount only generates the file A3 imports; nobody has to migrate or relearn anything.

Which A3 versions are supported?

Desktop a3ASESOR | eco | con (a3eco and a3con) by Wolters Kluwer, via the SUENLACE.DAT accounting link file. Automatic API connection with a3innuva (cloud) is coming soon.

What is the A3 company code?

It's the 5-digit number your firm uses to identify each company inside A3. You enter it when exporting so the entries land in the right record. If you don't know it, ask your firm.

What if some ledger account doesn't exist in A3?

Not a problem: on link, A3 automatically creates any missing accounts. The entries come in balanced as double-entry.

How is the file imported into A3?

In a3ASESOR | eco | con: Utilities → Import/Export → Accounting Link, point to the path and the SUENLACE.DAT file, and click Enlazar (Link). The entries load on their own.

Can my firm do it directly?

Yes. You can download the file and send it, or your firm can export it from Aikount if you grant access. Either way, the import into A3 is identical.
